7/30/2008 11:34:00 PM Motorcycle Laws by State
We had a question this week about the helmet law requirements in Wyomiing. That sent us on a quick internet search and we found the two links below.:
www.amadirectlink.com/legisltn/laws.asp - This one helped us determine that in Oklahoma, handlebars can be no higher than the eye level of the operator, and there are no restrictions on radar detectors. Both good pieces of information! This site also contains information on off-road riding.
usff.com/hldl/frames/50state.html - This one pertains just to helmets. Click on a state to find the pertinent details. You can also find some interesting research concerning whether or not helmets do work.
Cruise through both when you have a few minutes. They're pretty interesting!

7/25/2008 7:00:00 PM B.A.S.T.A.R.D.S. Website is back on the Air!!
The kitchen remodeling project roared into the final stages a couple of weeks ago, the computer was dismantled and moved in pieces in the basement, and life became completely insane. We're almost done, however, and life is going to be back to normal (or our version of it!) in the next week or so. That means we'll be posting regular updates to the website again. Thanks for your patience!! It's been a busy couple of weeks, between the person stuff and Beartooth Rally, and there are lots of stories to tell. Nearly 40 lovely ladies had their boobs B.A.S.T.A.R.D.ized in Red Lodge! As Smitty said, "you couldn't swing a dead cat around here without hitting a set of tits." He's such a poet! Pics and stories will start appearing in the next couple weeks.......
