Hands down, don't even need to think about it - my favorite ride from Kalispell to the ID H.O.G. Rally. The Flathead Valley was beautiful. The best section of the trip was from Lolo, MT, to Lowell, ID. It's about 80 miles of constant curves along the Salmon River. The weather was great - hot & sunny, there were very few cars and trucks on the road, and the company (John, Paula, Rog & Mike) was wonderful. The surprise of the trip - McCall, ID. It's an absolutely gorgeous little town with a huge lake on one side, a big valley on the other and mountains around the whole thing. What was your best trip?

My favorite ride(s) last summer were in and around Glacier National Park during Sturgis Week. We had planned to go to Sturgis, but changed our minds when the temps were predicted to be 110+ (I know, we're wimps). Since I'd never been to Glacier, we opted to go north into cooler weather. We camped in St. Mary and rode into the park every day taking a different route -- even a route into Canada and entering the park from that side. It was awesome! The late afternoon/early evening rides were the most fun as there was less traffic, more wildlife, and fantastic sunsets. However, the sunsets were likely the result of smoke from the fires burning while we were there, so these might not be repeated during YOUR trip to Glacier. ;-)
